Can you explain how I can get the private score?

As I can see right now I did choose the submission for scoring but it turns out I got blank submission for private scoring?

However, the submission's private period result(rows 13 ~ 24) was zero.

Thank you for your reply.
However, It is not clear in the sample submission since I follow the baseline code to generate submission file, and It gives 0 to row 13-24 in that tutorial. This is unclear for me.
Moreover, I remember I did do another version with difference value rather than 0 for row 13-24 but all of my submissions got no score for private score. I don't understand
