How do you actually make a submission? It's a bit unintuitive. Do you just go to 'SUBMISSION' tab an create a post with attached file? I couldn't see any other possibility, so I did that, but I still don't see my name in the ranking. So I'm a bit confused.

You need to push the submit button. and push the write button in the below. and write a title then you can attach your submission.csv.
